Troupe at Ohana
Solos, Duets, & Trios at Ohana!

Introductory Troupe
Choreographed by one of our expert faculty, each dancer enrolled in the Introductory Troupe will learn a solo, duet, or trio throughout July & August for a total of 4 hours worth of rehearsal. Beginning in September, dancers will have weekly rehearsals. Introductory troupe routines will be performed in a special “Troupe Show” between the two holiday shows in December. The costume can be something the dancer already has in their closet, something borrowed from Ohana, or if the parent/dancer would like, a costume can be purchased. This will conclude their season of troupe.

- Must be a 23-24 registered dancer.
- Ten spots available for Intro Troupe
- There is an opportunity for introductory troupe dancers to be invited to participate in showcase troupe based on instructor evaluation mid-season.
- All troupe dancers are required to take (1) class in the same style as their troupe routine.
- All troupe dancers are required to take a ballet class.
Showcase Troupe
Choreographed by one of our expert faculty, each dancer enrolled in Showcase Troupe will learn a solo, duet, or trio throughout July & August for a total of 4 hours worth of rehearsal. Beginning in September, dancers will have weekly rehearsals. Showcase Troupe routines will be performed in a special “Troupe Show” between the two holiday shows in December. They will continue rehearsing their routines throughout the months of January to June and will perform in the Annual Performance Troupe Showcase. This show will take place on the same day as the recital.

- Showcase troupe dancers who are in the level 5 class for the style of their troupe will perform in Ohana’s 8th Annual Performance Showcase.
Rehearsal Schedule
Along with our faculty member, you will plan rehearsals based on both your schedules throughout the summer. They will include (8) 30-minute sessions or (4) 1-hour sessions of private instruction to learn choreography!
Performance Troupe Details

For those in the level 5 class matching their troupe style, an exclusive chance awaits at Ohana’s 8th Annual Performance Showcase. - Solo: $375
- Duets: $275/dancer
- Trios: $200/dancer
- Weekly rehearsals from September 2023 through June 2024 are $25 per month, per dancer, per troupe routine.
- This cost will be added to your monthly billing statement.
- Showcase Troupe dancers will perform at Ohana’s Spring Troupe Showcase & be offered opportunities to perform at various events in our community (such as International Women’s Day)
- Showcase troupe dancers who are in the level 5 class for the style of their troupe will perform in Ohana’s 8th Annual Performance Showcase.
