Event Overview
- Date: Saturday, December 12, 2026
- Troupe Pre-Show: 10:30 AM (Free with any show ticket!)
- Main Showtimes: 1:00 PM & 3:30 PM (Each class performs in ONE show)
- Location: Bellamy Middle School, 314 Pendleton Ave, Chicopee, MA
- Tickets On Sale: Wednesday, November 11 at the Ohana Front Desk
Beneficiaries: 100% of proceeds from ticket sales, bottled water, snacks, and raffles will be donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of MA & RI, One Ohana, Inc., and Magic for Maddie.

- General Admission: Standard theater entry for your choice of one show, or bundle both to save $5!
- Early Access VIP Pass (Very Limited Quantities!): Enter the theater 15 minutes before General Admission to secure the best seats in the house stress-free. Your purchase acts as a direct booster donation to our charity beneficiaries!
🎟️ How to Purchase Tickets (In-Person Only)
Due to rising online processing fees, we are no longer offering online ticket sales so that maximum funds go directly to our charitable causes.
All tickets must be purchased in person at the Ohana front desk starting Wednesday, November 11th:
- If the Front Desk is Open: You can purchase your tickets directly with our team!
- If the Desk is Unattended: Simply fill out a paper order form at the desk, place your payment inside an envelope, and drop it in the payment box.
- Accepted Payments: Cash, Check, or Venmo (@ohanaperformingarts)
- We will fulfill your ticket order and have it ready for pickup at the front desk!
Event Highlights & Atmosphere
- Cheerful & Informal: Small dancers may sit with their families in the audience, and older dancers will have a dedicated, supervised audience section to watch their peers.
- Raffle Prizes: We will have a variety of wonderful raffle baskets available throughout the show.
- Donate a Raffle Prize: If you or a business would like to donate a raffle prize, please email us! We are so grateful for your support!
Important Information for Dance Families
🎫 Ticketing Rules
- Performers: Ohana dancers performing in the show do NOT need a ticket!
- Show Alignment: Each class performs ONCE (either 1:00 PM or 3:30 PM). Please check show line-ups before buying.
- Final Sale Policy: Tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
- Limited Seating: Seating is limited for both performances—we strongly recommend purchasing your tickets early!
🩰 Costumes & Line-Ups
- Show Line-Ups: Line-ups will be posted before tickets go on sale on Nov 11. (Note: Line-ups are subject to change)
- Costumes: Please check with your class instructor for costume guidance. A master costume list will be posted in the coming weeks.
