EVENTS AT OHANA
"I'm ready to book my party!"
All parties are subject to the availability of the studio space and our staff. We will do our best to accommodate your desired party date! Please have multiple options to ensure availability. A $100 deposit is required with the completed registration form in order to secure your date in our calendar. Your party is not booked until the deposit & form have been received! The deposit is non-refundable if the party is canceled less than 3 weeks prior to the confirmed party date. Final payment is due 24 hours prior to the party date. Please give the final headcount of attending guests 36 hours prior to the party. Ohana is not responsible for providing party favors for additional guests who attend without giving 36 hours notice.
Each guest who is not a dancer at Ohana School of Performing Arts must have their guardian sign a release waiver at the start of the party.
